John White is a main character in Sabotaged. He is the biological grandfather of Virginia Dare, who became Andrea Crowell. In original time, he left the Roanoke island for a few years to return to England. When he came back everyone was gone and the island was deserted. He never was reunited with his family. However, in The Missing Series, Second changes time and reunites John White with his granddaughter. He almost drowned but was saved by Jonah, although he suffered a head injury.
After being saved from 1605 by Jonah in Torn, JB allows John White to move to the twenty-first century. In the epilogue of Torn, Andrea tells Jonah he is living in a seniors' home.
